This development required the subdivision of a single lot into three separate lots: two with two-family residences, and the other with distinctive office building for a custom home builder. DeAngelis Architects provided planning and consulting services to investigate zoning requirements, evaluate alternative site plan layouts, pursue and obtain approvals from City agencies and boards, and design each of the buildings subsequently constructed on the site.
