This unique apartment at the top of a Tudor style apartment building was renovated to meet modern needs and expectations. Several individual rooms were combined to create a master bedroom suite with a private bathroom, a combined library and den, an enlarged kitchen with a laundry closet, and a new powder room for guests. An existing rooftop terrace was also renovated. All work was designed and constructed in a manner that respected the historic quality of the building.
