Westchester Community Opportunity Program, a non-profit organization providing social services to local communities throughout Westchester County entrusted DeAngelis Architects to investigate planning alternatives for a new three-story building on this urban site. It will have a day care center on the first floor and its main offices on the two upper floors. The project was designed to meet requirements for a LEED-certified building with energy-saving features and environmentally responsible "green" building materials.
