With this renovation DeAngelis Architects employed craftsman style detailing to complement the existing one and one-half story ranch style residence. The project added a new family room with clerestory windows and a cathedral ceiling constructed of large stained beams at the rear of the house, renovation of an existing library/study and enclosure of a carport to create a two-car garage. The family room addition was configured to frame an existing stone patio while preserving specimen plantings in the rear garden.
