To increase its service to the community, this hospital requested we assist in developing a plan to expand its facilities. Major components of the expansion plan included: enlarging the surgical suite, expanding the ASU capacity, consolidating radiology and imaging facilities, adding an MRI suite, enlarging the Emergency Department, expanding the hospital's lab, and reconfiguring patient registration areas. Construction work would be phased to enable continued operation of the hospital. (Project)
