This new 3,900 square foot, four bedroom residence responds to the scale and character of its established Westchester neighborhood by utilizing natural materials, traditional details and varied roof forms. In addition to the open kitchen and large family room at the rear of the house, the dining room, living room and entry hall were arranged and configured to create flowing, daylight spaces through the first floor.
