This three bedroom beach house of approximately 3,000 square feet echoes the vernacular language of surrounding vacation homes. Situated on a narrow lot, the main living areas were located on the second floor with a wrap-around deck to capture sea breezes and ocean views. A stair tower was located on the side of the house to create an identifiable entry and open connection between the upper and lower levels. The tower also has a roof terrace that offers panoramic views of this seaside setting. (Project with Cetra Ruddy Architects)
