RESIDENTIAL
APARTMENT RENOVATION
NEW YORK, NY
When we first visited this apartment, it had a rabbit-warren layout of rooms that obscured its spacious volume. By removing many of these partitions and manipulating ceiling surfaces, we restored the loft-style openness with distinct entry, living, piano, dining and kitchen areas. French doors were added in the hallway to distinguish and expand the master bedroom suite. The second bedroom was enlarged to double as a home office, and the existing powder room was converted to a full bathroom. (In association with Herb Graff)
