MASTER PLAN
POLICE DEPARTMENT
MAMARONECK, NY
This was a master planning project to renovate Police Department facilities in the former Village Hall. The program analyzed approximately 9,000 square feet on two floors in order to bring the facilities into conformance with current security and planning standards. First Floor space was configured to improve the separation between the public, police staff, and prisoners. Lower Level space was totally renovated to provide locker rooms, a roll call room, and support services. A minor addition with an elevator was proposed to improve accessibility throughout the building.
