ADDITION AND ALTERATIONS

The existing residence was expanded to the rear of the property to improve usability of the kitchen and provide an eat-in breakfast area. Kitchen counters and cabinets were replaced to improve workflow and provide larger work surfaces. Large windows in the addition were selected to provide natural light throughout the renovated spaces. The existing undersized wood deck was replaced with a new deck which enables convenient access between the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and the rear yard.
