This project renovated the kitchen, dining room, and pantry areas on the first floor of a mid-century split-level ranch. An expanded breakfast area was developed in an addition and was integrated with a new covered porch. The existing basement was renovated to create a multi-function family room with access to the rear yard. Extensive site work was performed to manage water infiltration into the basement. Existing brick veneer and siding in disrepair was replaced with new siding and stone veneer to enhance the appeal of the exterior.
