SURGICAL SUITE EXPANSION
DOBBS FERRY PAVILION, DOBBS FERRY, NY
Phase IV of a master plan, the Surgical Suite Expansion added two full-service operating rooms, and renovated facilities for three existing operating rooms. Work also included construction of new pre-op holding and PACU areas, new doctor and staff toilets, locker and lounge facilities, and additional support spaces. The work was performed within the existing building envelope. Existing finishes and building systems within the area of work were upgraded to lessen the facility’s impact on the environment.
