This project will renovate an existing 19,400 square foot mixed use building to provide a warehouse and retail store for a world-class craft beer distributor. Retail space will be oriented to the front of the building with coolers and warehouse storage oriented towards the rear. Exterior work will include installation of awnings, multiple enhanced entry points, improved lighting, ramps to improve accessibility, and significantly upgraded landscaping. Flood relief vents will be installed to upgrade the structure to current FEMA standards.
