HARBOR STEAKHOUSE

This project added an exterior raised seating area for a restaurant near the Mamaroneck harbor. Approximately 40 patrons can be accommodated in an area formerly used as parking. The replacement of asphalt with landscaping improved stormwater management by reducing the amount of impervious area on the site. Attractive and durable materials were selected to complement the main structure. Visual interest throughout the year and a sense of enclosure to patrons are provided by the landscaping.
