PATERSON, NJ
The goal of this project was to renovate and unify three separate buildings around a central courtyard. A new elevator was added in the tallest building and an external stair built in the courtyard that also provides a covered passage between the buildings. DeAngelis Architects continues to provide ongoing planning and design services for the owner and manager of this complex. Interior offices have been created and renovated in each of the buildings for various tenants and include private offices, open office layouts and conference rooms.
