- May 2016 - In Mamaroneck, NY, Ralph’s Italian Ices opens the first of several retail stores planned for Westchester County. DAS assisted to obtain approvals to convert a former gas station to provide counter service and outdoor seating area.
- April 2016 - DAS provides consulting services to an expanding regional bank to assess compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act for their newly acquired branches in Fairfield County, CT.
- April 2016 - DAS begins new contract with Richmond Community Services to improve accessibility in private residences. These projects are achieved through coordination with the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
- March 2016 - DAS commences design for a multi-family residential building near the train station in Larchmont, NY. The building will include a mix of one and two bedroom units. Individual units will be configured to provide abundant day-lighting, views and private balconies. Tenant amenities will include exterior landscaped recreation spaces.
- February 2016 - DAS obtains Planning Board site plan and Architectural Review Board approvals for a new four-story mixed-use building in Mamaroneck, NY. The ground floor will contain retail space and be elevated above the base flood elevation. Upper floors will have 21 rental apartments. A raised exterior plaza will contain a cistern for rainwater harvesting. Solar panels and green plantings will be installed on rooftops.
- December 2015 - Sundai/Komura Educational Services relocates their Japanese language tutoring program to Harrison, NY. The renovation converted the former offices and television studio of a cable television provider to provide seminar rooms and study areas. Partitions were removed and windows added to increase the sense of openness and day-lighting in educational areas.
- November 2015 - DAS completes construction drawings for ongoing maintenance programs at four OPWDD community residences in the Hudson Valley. These drawings were provided as part of term contract with the Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY).
- October 2015 - DAS commences programming and planning for improvements and alteration of an historic property in the lower Hudson River Valley to house an inpatient substance abuse treatment facility.
- August 2015 - DAS prepares study to renovate an existing office building in Armonk to offices for two established medical practices associated with Westchester Health Associates.
- August 2015 - DAS commences design on interior alterations and addition of a master suite to a colonial residence in Larchmont, NY.
- August 2015 - DAS completes construction documents for a guest suite in an historic stone residence in Larchmont, NY.
- August 2015 - The Village of Mamaroneck Police Department takes occupancy of an Annex building that provides an expanded muster room and locker facilities.
- July 2015 - Construction is complete on site upgrades for three OPWDD community residences in the Hudson Valley. DAS prepared drawings and provided construction phase services as part of term contract with the Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY).
- July 2015 - DAS commences work on a study for the expansion of existing OPWDD leased offices in Poughkeepsie, NY. The area to be studied totals approximately 18,000 gross square feet.
- July 2015 - DAS prepares scoping studies for roof replacements at four OPWDD community facilities in the Hudson Valley. These reports were provided as part of term contract with the Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY).
- June 2015 - DAS develops design and construction drawings to convert an existing office and television studio to accommodate a Japanese language tutoring program in Harrison, NY.
- May 2015 - DAS develops design and begins municipal review process for a new four story mixed use building in Mamaroneck, NY. The ground floor will be raised above the base flood elevation and will accommodate one or two retail tenants. Upper floors will consist of one and two bedroom rental apartments. A raised exterior plaza for the retail tenants will also accommodate a cistern for stormwater management.
- April 2015 - DAS analyses an underdeveloped site in Mamaroneck for its suitability to be converted to a higher density, mixed-use development.
- February 2015 - DAS completes design for a two story master suite addition to a single family residence in Eastchester, NY. Existing interiors will be completely renovated.
- December 2014 - DAS commences design on a second story addition to a home in New Rochelle, NY. Interior spaces and exterior porches have been oriented to maximize views of Long Island Sound.
- November 2014 - Construction starts on a new single family residence in Larchmont.

- July 2014 - Gregg DeAngelis invited to join the Village of Mamaroneck Industrial Area Task Force to explore opportunities for enhanced development within the existing 70 acre industrial area.
- July 2014 - A renowned local swim training facility retains DAS to assess the feasibility of developing an offsite location. The new location will be designed to provide additional instructional space and complement existing program offerings.

- June 2014 - DAS commences design on a new two story colonial residence in Larchmont, NY. Interiors are proportioned to provide a sense of openness. Windows provide extensive views of the stream along the property’s eastern border.
- June 2014 - Construction commences on Sergio’s Restaurant in Pelham, NY. The design completely renovates the interior and features an open, grand staircase which connects the two floors of the restaurant. Table layouts will provide a variety of seating options. Materials and finishes will be upgraded throughout.
- June 2014 - DAS continues to assist Richmond Community Services with accessibility improvements in private residences throughout the lower Hudson Valley.
- June 2014 - Construction commences on an Annex to the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department. Working closely with Village personnel DAS developed a cost-effective design to upgrade staff meeting and support facilities.
- May 2014 - DAS develops initial concepts for a major renovation and expansion of an existing single family residence in Eastchester, NY. Construction is expected to commence in early 2015.

- April 2012 - DAS develops plans for the renovation of a Master Bedroom and Bathroom Suite in Pound Ridge, NY. The Suite with an expanded bathroom features expansive views of the property, vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry, and fireplace.
- March 2012 - DAS analyses the feasibility of converting an existing retail space into a Primary and Urgent Care Treatment Center for a Westchester County Hospital.

- January 2012 - Construction begins on Phase II of improvements to the main entry of St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, NY. The design features a porte cochère with skylights which will shelter and welcome visitors to the Hospital.
- January 2012 - Construction nears completion on the renovated Emergency Department of a southern Westchester County hospital. DAS also assisted with a previous modernization and expansion in 2002.
- December 2011 - Construction commences on lifesafety upgrades for two floors of an existing residential treatment facility in Yonkers, NY. The work is being phased to allow continuous use of the facility.
- November 2011 - DAS assists in filing a Certificate of Need Application with the Department of Health for a new open MRI Suite in Yonkers, NY.
- October 2011 - DAS begins design process for two single-family residential renovation projects. The residences are located in Mamaroneck and Larchmont, NY.

- August 2011 - Construction commences on the Lab Relocation and Surgical Suite Expansion project for the Dobbs Ferry Pavilion of St. John’s Riverside Hospital. The construction will be phased to allow continued operation of the Hospital.
- June 2011 - DAS assists several Mamaroneck homeowners to remove building code violations, address FEMA flood zone requirements, update Certificates of Occupancy, and legalize their existing residential properties.
- June 2011 - DAS prepares construction drawings to update and renovate the Emergency Department of a southern Westchester County hospital. The firm also assisted with the previous modernization and expansion which opened in 2002.
- May 2011 - DAS completes redesign of the Phase II improvements for the Main Entrance of St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, NY. The design features a porte cochère with decorative glass in an open steel framework to provide cover and welcome those entering the Hospital. Phase I of the project opened in September 2009 and included improvements to landscaping, parking, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, stormwater drainage and lighting.
- April 2011 - The American Institute of Architects Westchester + Hudson Valley Chapter presents a three-day exhibition of architectural work by member firms and an exposition showcasing the products available in the regional marketplace. The event, titled "The Architects Show," is open to the general public. DAS proudly displays representative projects.
- February 2011 - DAS prepares space planning concepts for a medical practice to expand its current office suite to include office-based surgery.

- December 2010 - The Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club receives site plan approval for its expanded club facilities. The phased, six-year project includes an expanded clubhouse, new dockmaster facilities, a new recreation building with a renovated pool and cabanas, two new seasonal residence buildings, and extensive landscaping.

- September 2010 - The College of Westchester in White Plains opens its new multi-purpose special event room and student resource center.
